Franz has been an entrepreneur in the IT and telecommunications industry since the beginning of his career. The federally qualified electrical engineer TS was co-founder and co-owner of several companies, of which TIC merged with Green in 2008. He was largely responsible for the entry into the data center business and drove the development of this sector. As a member of the National Council, Franz is committed to the digital economy and is a board member of the Alliance for Digital Security Switzerland ADSS.
